Warranty and prices
Buying a “I BIRKINI” by LauraF jewel means owning a precious accessory, taken cared of with perfection in it's minimal detail, garanteed by the certification of the perforation with the evidence of the trademark and the title of manufacture, established by the law terms which regulates the goldsmith product, like the following example which you'll find it marked on every jewel: VI indicates the providence of the manufacturing followed by the identification number of the laboratory, and from the title 750 which garantees the gold's carat (18kt). In all jewels there is the trademark Lauraf engraved on them. The purchase is accompanied by a warranty certificate released by the company which states the authenticity of the gold title or of the carat of the diamonds.
Prices and availability
The prices for the charms “I BIRIKINI” are clearly indicated on the site and the VAT is included. To the price of the product will be added the shipping costs, except for the offers made by the company, and there will be some additional costs for the duty tax in case of the purchase outside the European Union. If the product is not available, you will be promptly informed by email and you will decide if to wait for production time (more or less 15/20 working days) or if to replace the item.
The information concerning the price, could undergo a change over time as the raw material “gold” is influenced by the market prices.
Shipping,payments and insurances
The company LAURAF Srl, accepts payments through main credit cards with secure transaction using the BANCA SELLA circuit with an active security protocol Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code or using the PAYPAL circuit. Payments done through a BANK TRANSFER are accepted, while payments made by Cash on Delivery is not accepted. The company garantees the shipping of the merchandise, within one working day from the receipt of the order in case of payment by credit card or paypal, or by the receipt of the payment done through a bank transfer, in case of the jewel being in the warehouse. The products delivered in an elegant gift package and packed securely, are shipped through our trusted courier and will be delivered in all Italy in about 24/48 hours. All the jewels LAURAF travel accompanied by an insurance coverage until they are delivered to the customer. From that moment on the company will decline any responsability regarding theft and loss.
Legal Notes
GARANTEE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
All “I BIRIKINI” products are covered by a 24 month guarantee for lack of conformity, according to the legislative decree 24/02. To make use of the warranty, the customer has to keep the invoice ( or the Document of Transportation), which you'll receive together with the items ordered. The warranty of 24 months according to the legislative decree 24/02 is applied to the product which presents a lack of conformity,provided that the product is used properly, with respect for its intended use and as provided in the attached technical document. The consumer lapses from the rights provided in the article 1519-quater, comma two, whether the complaint of lack of conformity has been made before the end of the period of 2 months from the date he discovered the defect. Such warranty is reserved for a private consumer. In case of a lack of conformity, the company LAURAF will provide, without any charge to the Customer, to restore the conformity of the product by repair/replacement or reduction of the price, until the settlement of the contract. If, after the intervention by an Authorized Service Center, if the defect should not be a lack of conformity according to the legoslative decree 24/02, to the Customer will be charged the potential costs of verification and recovery from an Authorized Assistant, as well as the costs for transportation if incurred by the company.
Attention: If you return the products they need to be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the return form that will be delivered.
Withdrawal right
Client Rights ( Legislative decree n.185 of 22/95/1999)
The customer, as a person can take advantage of the right of withdrawal, if the goods aren't satisfying, withing 10 working days from the receipt of the goods. Such right consists in the return of the goods purchased on the site laurafcollection.com and the following refund of the purchase price.
WHAT IT INCLUDES:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the products sealed open by the consumer, to those where it was removed the seal of warranty and to those where the original packaging is missing. The customer can put to use the right of withdrawal if follows these conditions:
- The products shouldn't be used.
- Since LAURAF SRL does not sell used items, the product subjected to a withdrawal shouldn't show absolutely no sign of usage, abrasions and scratches.
- The cover tag or the respective invoice should not be separated from the object.
- The products must be in their original packaging.

HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT:
Be sure to have the following documents ready:
- he Return Authorization Number Form filled out in all its fields (including the RAN number which is given to you by us) requesting it by email to info@laurafcollection.com
- Complete address to where you would like to receive your refund
When we'll receive the above-mentioned communcation of return, the company will provide rapidly to communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods which will have to take place within the 20 working days from the authorization. The insured costs relating to the transport and the transport of the object are at in charge of the customer. If the customer should forget to insure the object during transport will be left with its own responsibility of the loss of the object.
HOW TO MAKE THE SHIPMENT OF RETURN:
After receiving the return authorization number(RAN) by email, pack accurately the materials in order to preserve the original casings of the products from any damage, apply a label with the address CLEARLY VISIBLE and put on the OUTSIDE OF THE CASING in a clear position the Return Authorization Number(RAN) Send the goods to the warehouse(at your expense) through any courier, to:

TIMES OF FOLLOW-THROUGH OF REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER
The COMPANY LAURAF, completed the procedure outlined above, will, as soon as possible and no later than 20 days from receipt of the notification of return,to perform the credit to the customer paid by a bank transfer. The only costs payable by the consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal according to the Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 are the direct costs of the returning of the property to the sender.
